Call2Calendar provides missed-call text-back, automated follow-up, and appointment booking services for businesses. Our services include automated SMS messages, email communications, and phone-based notifications.

2. SMS and Telephone Communications

2.1 Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and using our services, you expressly consent to receive:

  • Automated text messages (SMS/MMS) related to appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Follow-up messages regarding service inquiries
  • Transactional messages about your account or scheduled appointments
  • Phone calls regarding your service requests

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Typically, you may receive 1-10 messages per appointment or inquiry.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

2.2 How to Opt-In

You opt-in to receive SMS communications when you:

  • Submit your phone number through our booking form or website
  • Call our business line and provide your phone number
  • Text our business number to initiate contact
  • Verbally consent to receive text messages during a phone call

By providing your phone number through any of these methods, you are giving your express written consent to receive automated text messages from Call2Calendar and its clients.

2.3 How to Opt-Out

You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

Text STOP: Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us.

Call Us: Call (610) 632-1126 and request to be removed from SMS communications.

Email Us: Send an email to brandon@call2calendar.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line and include your phone number.

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

2.4 How to Opt Back In

If you previously opted out and wish to receive messages again:

  • Text START, YES, or UNSTOP to our number
  • Call us at (610) 632-1126 and request to be added back
  • Submit a new inquiry through our website

  • Some mobile devices or carriers may not support all message types
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier networks

Call2Calendar operates in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state telecommunications regulations. We:
