1. Services Overview

Call2Calendar provides missed-call text-back, automated follow-up, and appointment booking services for businesses. Our services include automated SMS messages, email communications, and phone-based notifications.

Business Identity: Call2Calendar is an AI-powered call answering and appointment booking service for service businesses. You can expect to receive text messages regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, service notifications, and customer support inquiries.

1.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use Call2Calendar services or opt in to receive SMS messages. By using our services or submitting an opt-in form, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. SMS and Telephone Communications

2.1 Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and selecting an SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive messages from Dude Ventures Services LLC d/b/a Call2Calendar, including:

  • Automated text messages (SMS/MMS) related to appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Follow-up messages regarding service inquiries
  • Transactional messages about your account or scheduled appointments
  • Phone calls regarding your service requests

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Typically, you may receive 1-10 messages per appointment or inquiry.

Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

2.2 Opt-Out & Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (610) 890-4822. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 2.3 Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We take your privacy seriously. Your phone number and personal information are:
